Public Health Warning Against the Use of the Following Unregistered Food Products:

1. TATIOMAX GOLD Glutathione Dietary Supplement L-Glutathione Reduced Collagen Vitamin C
2. TATIOMAX GOLD Glutathione Dietary Supplement L-Glutathione Reduced + Algatrium + A. Stemcell + Collagen + Alpha Lipoic Acid + Vitamin C

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) advises the public against the use of the following

The public is hereby warned that the said products are not registered with this Office, including all the aforementioned claims. Taking food and/or food supplements that have not undergone evaluation and testing in terms of safety and quality may present harmful effects to one’s health. Food products including food supplements should not bear any misleading, deceptive, and false claims in their labels and/or any promotional materials that will provide erroneous impression on products’ character or identity.

In the interest of protecting public health and safety, the Officers of the Field Regulatory Operations Office (FROO) are hereby mandated to exercise their regulatory function pursuant to Section 14 of Republic Act No. 9711. Likewise, all local government units and law enforcement agencies are requested to ensure that the unregistered food products/supplements are not sold or offered for sale in their localities or area of jurisdiction.

The aforementioned unregistered food products are completely unrelated to the FDA registered TATIOMAX Reduced Glutathione + Sodium Ascorbate + Collagen Dietary Supplement distributed by T/M Pharma Co. (Food Division).

Authentic Tatiomax - Fake Tatiomax

T/M Pharma Co is the owner of TATIOMAX trademark brand. However, we are still receiving many reports regarding TATIOMAX which we don't distribute.

A lot are still selling those counterfeit products. These products did not come from T/M Pharma Co and no other company should use this brand name.

Duplicating the label, designs, graphics or Product Name is illegal and punishable offense.

Fake and repackaged products are everywhere and easily obtained in the market.

Some resellers have even gone to the extent of touting a known imitation as the original. If one is concerned about one's health & safety, make it a point that what you get is the original, not fake.

The practice of some unscroupulous traders, repacking unknown contents into nicely labelled boxes with a well known brand name has been around for many years. Consumers are easily misled into believing that these are the original.

Be careful, these products are not being monitored and registered to FDA so it's easy for them to print known ingredients that would help them to sell the counterfeit one.False labeling is easy especially if it's not registered. The real content itself is left unknown and could be dangerous. Unrecognized product ingredients would definitely cause harmful effect to our body if consumed or taken long term use.
